Pretty Dead

If you have the power to read my mind and hear my thoughts, stand close to me, close your eyes...

And you'll hear a low, interminable buzzing.

No thoughts, no ideas. Just a slow and steady sound to assure you that all systems are still functioning...It's just that nobody's using them.

And maybe, just maybe...you'll hear something trickling, along with a muffled sound. A sob, a sigh, a shudder, maybe? The tiniest of blips. And if you stay a little while longer, maybe you'll realize that hey, you don't have any powers.

So what did you hear?

Flit and Flutter

Thoughts from the past week:

* I don't mean to sound like an elitist:
I never thought I'd hear Fallout Boy on an FX, but there you go.

* I'm buying a kunai soon! I'm so excited; I can't believe I'm actually going to have a kunai!!! *giddy ninja mode*

* I could have gone over and "coffeed" with you, but instead I looked down, pretended not to see anyone, and mentally blogged about it. What a very me thing to do.

* I still love Mark Ruf.falo.

* It could have been a perfect yellow day, but someone else was on the stage. No, this wasn't a case of "hahanap-hanapin/ sa entabladong minsan ay sa akin." But hey, I appreciated the sunshiny moments...I really did. *grins sheepishly* Someone please slap me!

* Laguna Beach-ness!!!

* I am still defenseless when it comes to Isaw. Insert kilig here.
